Some years ago, we had several customers ask us about portion control for a variety of dry ingredients. These ingredients ranged from flavor powders for smoothies to candies and crumbled cookies for blended ice cream treats. Since much of our existing equipment focuses on providing portion control for toppings, condiments and sauces, we understood the value of portion control and, moving forward created our line of Dry Product Dispensers. These are available in one or two liter capacities and can dispense portions from ¼ oz. (7 ml) to 2 oz. (58 ml) in 1/8 oz. (3.5 ml) increments. They are available in sets for single, double and triple flavor applications.

Demand was slow initially, but we knew the concept was sound. Now we have a very successful product line that is ideal for dispensing numerous dry ingredients, (sticky products, such as crushed candy bars, are not recommended), and as frozen blended desserts gained in popularity demand has really kicked in.  A request from our customers inspired a new product that makes preparation easier and helps control costs. Server Products builds top-quality pumps to dispense a variety of products in the foodservice industry.
