Thermoseal Y150T - Seal

 

The Y150T now replaces former obsolete models Y130, Y140A, and Y140B and should be specified for all future projects.  It is simpler in design, and more reliable than past Thermoseal machines with fewer parts, boards, or sensors to service.  Y150T uses the same TS4635 taperolls as previous models, but employs a different ink ribbon: RC2410-15.Y150T speeds up the marking process in commercial and OPL laundies… helps prevent sorting errors! Reduces sorting labor.

Color coded tags make sorting shirts a simple task. Shirts can be sorted into movable transporters or numbered rail clips right off the folder or finishing unit, reducing the amount of labor required. Labels print clearly, adhere firmly, yet peel off easily. Label length adjusts automatically to match number of characters.

The Thermo-Seal® tag gives you positive lot control to prevent costly, time-consuming mix-ups and lost garments. Large, clearly printed letters and numerals make sorting easier. Four to twelve characters are set in seconds for any code. The tape in eleven solid colors allows you to combine color code with your printed code to make sorting even easier and faster.

Thermo-Seal® taperolls

The tape specifically made for all
Thermo-Seal® temporary marking machines. They print clearly, adhere firmly, yet peel off easily. Eleven solid colors: orange, yellow, red, gray, lavender, white, green, pink, blue, gold, and tan. Adheres to cottons, polyester/cotton blends, loose weave polyester and wools.

Thermo-Flag® tags

Made from special tag stock for use on a Thermo-Seal® marking machine. Where Thermo-Seal® tape can’t be applied directly to the garment, apply tape to a Thermo-Flag® and staple or pin to garment. Only for laundries, no dry cleaning. Available in white only.

 

Flag-O-Matic® tags

Flag-O-Matic® tags are used as a temporary signal on clothes in dry cleaning situations. Available in 10 colors.

Ink ribbon cartridge # RC2410-15

Black indelible ink ribbon. Prints sharply and cleanly on Thermo-Seal® taperolls. Printing stays clear and legible through laundering, dry cleaning and finishing operations.

The Tag-O-Matic Marking Machine (Model TOM-65) is a manual stamping machine capable of printing up to 6 characters in 18 point type on wet strength tag stock and then cutting and stacking it for use.

The machine does not require air or electricity for operation. It produces Button-Hole tags that are inserted through a button-hole, belt loop, etc. and then the ends are stapled together. The tags are used in either laundering or dry cleaning to identify and sort garments.

Tag-O-Matic provides a fast, easy way to attach identification tags with staples. Simply loop tag through button hole or belt loop.

The easy to read tags leave no marks, and can be removed before garments are returned to the customer.
With the Tag-O-Matic you can
